A 10 Day Challenge #10.

Because my life is currently so dull I have resorted to doing a challenge to do in replacement of where I would post things about my life. Pretty much allows you to get to know me a little bit better and once I have emerged into the life of a university student, I'm more than sure that my life will become much more interesting.

Ultimately here is the first challenge:
#10 secrets // #09 loves // #08 fears // #07 wants // #06 places // #05 foods // #04 books // #03 films// #02 songs // #01 picture of yourself.

1. In the past three years I never had a day at school where i felt completely comfortable and at ease.

2. I was unable to pass Higher Level Chemistry, therefore I was unable to go to medical school to be a child psychiatrist and I have now resulted to do Primary Teaching, and although it seems to be a result of the fact that i am not very educational and "failed" to pursue my initial dream, i could not be happier with where I am heading.

3. I get way too attached and way to easily. I have a fear beyond explanation of being on my own and having no one in my life care for me.

4. My last relationship broke me into so many pieces that I don't trust myself to depend on a man... that was 2 years ago.

5. I've moved 7 times to 7 different countries and I'm about to move my 8th time and this time it's back to England.. and I cannot be anymore excited then I am right now.

6. I am genuinely worried I'm not gonna be able to drink as much as I want to during Freshers... (haha how sad).

7. I've been friends with my best friend for 5 years, and we only lived in the same country for 1 of those year. and now we're about to move to the same country, but there is still hours between us and I actually never think we'll live near each other ever.

8. My family mean the absolute world to me, I couldn't get through anything without them behind me. (Even when my brother is constantly getting his arse out)

9. I am too nice to those around me, even if I'm not treated the same. "No" seems to have been eliminated from my dictionary.. (I'm adding it back for university, i need to grow a backbone)

10. I used to play the flute for 5 years and the guitar for 3 plus I've sung my whole life... not one of those do i still pursue, I've grown to become much to self conscious to allow myself to stand on a stage for a period of time.

What's in your bag?

Nothing remotely interesting has occurred in my life recently for me to make a post about it. I'm just waiting to pack up and start my new life in Liverpool, where I can begin to do something I love and not have to deal with the stress that comes with high school and IB. Nonetheless, I've decided to do a "what's in your bag" post, as I've seen them all over the place really and it's better than posting nothing!!

Aldo Cream Bag// Skull Candy Headphones// Topshop Pouch (my fag bag)// PINK Smelly Spray// Dove Spray Deodorant// Sunglasses// Trident Mint Gum// Phone// iPod// American Apparel Make Up Bag// Purse// Kindle.

The make up I carry around in my bag:

American Apparel Make Up Bag// Mascara// Black Eyeliner// Eye Brow Brush// Powder Brush// Compact Mirror// Mac Powder// Mac "Charcoal Brown" Eyeshadow (for my eyebrows)// Clips// Tweezers// Burt Bee's Lip Chap

And that is everything I carry around in my bag on a daily basis, but depending on what I am up to I have more or less. Until next time...

World Traveller

As many know, I've been all around the world this summer. I've been on 14 flights, stepped foot in 6 different countries (some more than twice), visited 4 continents (one of them being new) and this all happened within the last two months. Having only been home for 4 days, I've finally settled back into reality and when revisiting all the photos that have been documented from this summer, I can only say I've been absolutely spoilt rotten to experience even more of the world then I already have.

Zurich, Switzerland (14th - 24th June):

Switzerland consisted of my best friends graduation and catching up with friends who I haven't seen since living in India. Getting drunk at 1:20 in the afternoon and playing drinking games wherever we can get alcohol. Visiting the lake to "tan" only to be running in and out of the lake due to it's freezing temperature, living in pj's for 2 of the 10 days I was there. Going for "walks" for a cheeky strawberry (hahaha) and causing havoc wherever possible, this was by far the most entertaining week of my life. Imprinting new phrases into our everyday speech "i'm never eating again", it was as if none of us ever left. These 10 days were amazing and really damaged my liver.

Sotogrande, Spain (24 June - 1st August):
Spent absolutely ages in Spain (home) with Manouschak, and all we basically did was drink, go out, see my limited number of friends and sleep. Along with visiting a wolf park, visiting Gibraltar for shopping days and going for lunches and dinners around and about (as well as celebrating my 18th!!) we had a lovely time, but as it came to an end, our excitement couldn't be held in any longer.. as soon we'd be heading to New York.

New York, New York (2nd - 7th August)
New York was such an out of body experience. I've never stood foot in America before, so after waiting in 3 different lines for what felt like (and actually was) hours to get through immigration, collect out bags and catch a taxi, I was finally on my way to Soho to stay with Schake and begin our highly anticipated holiday. Seeing where the Twin Towers once stood, the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and all the other touristy stuff along with catching a train down to Connecticut to see Rosie (for the first time in 3 years) as well as going on the sub way and doing way too much shopping, the whole entire experience was beyond expectation and I would recommend anyone to go.

Nassau, The Bahamas (7th - 21st August)

Clear blue sea, white sand, and ridiculously beautiful weather, I can't even begin to explain to you how beautiful The Bahamas is. Not only did I get an amazing tan, I played way too much Uno, drove around in the golf cart every single day and went out in Atlantis hotel. It was the best way to end my summer with Manouschak, but my travelling wasn't done yet.

Sharm El Shiekh, Egypt (22nd - 31 August)
After having travelled on my own for a long period of time, my mother decided it was time for a family holiday, so we jumped on a plane and headed to Sharm El Shiekh where not only could I top up my tan, I got to drive dune buggies (almost killing my little brother), ride a camel (where i literally almost falled), and got to snorkel is the Red Sea. Despite the sun setting at 6pm every night and having to be kicked out of the pool along with the really shit alcohol served, it was such a nice holiday to let my hair down (or keep it tied up the whole week) and relax.

As if I have travelled enough as it is, I intend on visiting my Dad in Moscow in the near future as well as a holiday to Australia with Manouschak (whenever we have the money) as well as going to other places in Europe and across the world. I've been spoilt with the gift of travel, and now I just cannot stop.
